Suly Retreat Ubud will ensure that your stay with us is as enjoyable and memorable as possible. Some Terms and Conditions are listed below so the guests can understand more about our services and facilities.

1. Room prices of single occupancy and double occupancy are to be informed from time to time upon room/s availability.
2. Daily rate with minimum stay 12 days Standard room is USD 50/day and Superior room is USD 80/day for single or double occupancy.
3. Reception office hours: 7 am to 9 pm by WhatsApp only.
4. The price of the room is included:
   • Airconditioning
   • 1 coffee table with 1 chair
   • 1 mini fridge
   • 1 wardrobe
   • 1 bed with 2 side tables
   • 1 or 2 mattresses upon available
   • Toilet with standing shower, basin & closet
   • Additional bathtub for a Superior room
   • 2 pillows with pillow cases
   • Bedsheet & blanket and also mattress either 1 or 2 depending on single or double occupancy upon available
   • 1 bath towel
   • 1 floormat
5. Suly will charge the tenant for any damage caused by the tenant, eg: permanent dirt to linen, damage of any in-house or outdoor permanent or movable property caused by the tenant or his/her friend/s.
6. Only Vegetarian is allowed inside the property.
7. No smoking inside the property.
8. No changing room at halfway through the rental period, except upgrading with an additional charge.
9. Room cleaning 1x in a week, only change bath towel, pillow case & bathmat.
10. No shampoo, conditioner shower gel, or toiletries except 2 rolls of toilet paper in a month.
11. The bedsheet changes 2x & the duvet cover changes once a month.
12. No lift will be provided.
13. No cooking facilities for guests or cooking in the room, there is warung Green provides vegan meals from 10 am to 10 pm at the entrance.
14. No laundry facilities for guests inside the property.
15. Room rental monthly is not transferable and non-refundable or sublet or bringing in roommates daily or weekly.
16. No roommates or friends are allowed inside the premises or in-house guest areas such as the swimming pool, paddy deck, the pyramid & the lighthouse.
17. All outside guest/s must leave at 9 pm from the entire Suly Residence.
18. To maintain the peace of the Suly Community, please lower your sound inside the property starting from 9 pm to 6 am.
19. Bring your own organic rubbish to Biopori in Suly’s yard, and plastic & undissolved items to the trash bin provided at the entrance of Suly.
20. Bring your own trash after using it in the public area inside the property.
21. Be silent/no shouting in the residence area.
22. Keep Suly clean & neat for the sake of the Suly Community.
23. Refill cold water at resto.
24. The Airconditioning is off whenever outing.
25. Working WiFi is ready at a co-working place at a restaurant or front office.

Suly reserves the right to terminate the rental agreement at any time without any compensation if the tenant is acting against Suly House Rules or having a negative issue/s with the government.

We care about your safety being Suly Community, we do daily police reports for the daily in-house guest/s to avoid unnecessary penalties from the authorities due to negligence.
